BlossomCraft's staff team is built from active, friendly community members. Positions open in waves, and here is exactly how it works.
How applications work
- Check out #announcements on the Discord to see when positions are available. Applications open when the team is hiring, not year-round.
- The team always looks for three things in staff members: activity, friendliness, and maturity.
- When you do end up applying, the team will be looking at how well you have shown those traits off, in game and on the Discord.
Until positions open
- Be part of the community: play, help newcomers, and keep it friendly. That is the track record applications get judged on.
- Know the rules well. Helping isn't mini-modding: remind politely, report properly.
- Need to reach staff meanwhile? Open a ticket in #support on the Discord.
