Discord and support tickets

BlossomCraft may operate Discord bots to provide support and community functionality.

Messages within ticket channels may be processed to provide ticket functionality and may be included in a ticket transcript.

Discord information is only accessed and used as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality.

We do not use Discord message content for advertising or to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Store and payment information

When you make a purchase through the BlossomCraft store, information necessary to process and fulfill the transaction may be collected.
